Insurance & Fees
My fees are $200 for the initial intake session (90 minutes) and $175 for individual and family therapy sessions (55 minutes.)
My services may be covered in full or part by your insurance plan. My billing assistant is available to help you determine how my services are covered under your plan.
I am a contracted provider with the following companies and accept new insurance clients as my schedule permits:

PACIFICSOURCE
REGENCE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF OREGON
I can bill other insurance companies as an out-of-network provider.
Fees are payable by cash, check, debit, or credit card at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you prefer, I can send a monthly billing statement.
